As part of our commitment to providing the best possible service we can to our clients, we will be upgrading the server hardware that the UKSRV1 server is running on, during week days of 28th to 30th June, 2017.
We’re pleased to announce the UK server has been scheduled for migration on below given date and time.
Date: 28th June 2017
Time: 6 pm GMT
This upgrade is a major event for this server and the outcome of the upgrade will offer a significant improvement to load times of sites on the server, and will also remove the ongoing load issues with email delivery and delays and high loads on Mail Scanner that the server has suffered in the past.
This upgrade will mean all sites and all resellers will be assigned new IP addresses to their accounts.
We will be emailing out details on this with further information once it wiill be started and will keep all clients up-to-date on this via announcements at the billing portal.
If anyone has any queries relating to this major upgrade please let us know.
Update1:
The Migration have already started and we will update you once all of the accounts would be transferred to new Server.
Update 2:
The transfer of UKSRV Server to Pontus Server in London, UK has now been completed.
If you are using a remote DNS provider please ensure you update your DNS records to point to the new server IP.
Update 3:
All services on UKSRV Server will be disabled on 2nd July. Please ensure any new accounts are created on the new server and not on the old to prevent them being lost. Let us know if you got any issue after the migration.
