As part of our commitment to providing the best possible service to our clients, we are moving to the brand new server from the Server3.
The current servers hardware is creating repeated performance related issues, so we are migrating to brand new server which gives much better performance.
This upgrade is a major event for this server and the outcome of the upgrade will offer a significant improvement to load times of sites on the server, and will also remove the ongoing load issues with email delivery and delays and high loads on Mail Scanner that the server has suffered in the past.
The migration process will be started from today due to facing repeated performance related issues on Server3. We will be emailing out details on this with further information starting today and will keep all clients up-to-date on this via announcements in billing portal and email. If anyone has any queries relating to this migration please let us know.
